Architect Massimo Carmassi has been appointed President of the Jury for the XX edition of the Premio Architettura Città di Oderzo — PAO XX, one of the long-running architectural awards devoted to the quality of contemporary architecture in the Triveneto.
Promoted by the Municipality of Oderzo, the Province of Treviso, the Order of Architects PPC of the Province of Treviso, Fondazione Oderzo Cultura, Confindustria Veneto Est, ANCE Rovigo Treviso and the Order of Engineers of the Province of Treviso, the 2026 edition is dedicated to recent works completed in Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
The Prize focuses on architectural quality as a civic and cultural value, recognising new buildings as well as projects involving reuse, refurbishment, regeneration of existing buildings and interventions in fragile or degraded contexts.
The Jury is composed of Massimo Carmassi, President, Luigi Chiappini, Matteo Corazza, Giulia de Appolonia, Elena Granata and Silvia Minutolo. The Jury will assess the submitted works and select the projects to be recognised within the XX edition.
The awards include a First Prize and special mentions dedicated to the restoration and care of built heritage, architects under 40, architecture for places of work and architecture for communities.
The Jury’s work is scheduled to conclude by 26 October 2026, while the winner will be announced during the award ceremony on 28 November 2026 at Palazzo Foscolo in Oderzo.
